Answering that question for every rep, every week, is a genuinely hard problem. NudgeIQ was built to solve it.
The problem
Top performers are largely self-directed. Bottom performers need a different intervention entirely. The middle 60% are typically capable and coachable, and consistent direction can move their production significantly.
In a typical B2B sales organization, the middle 60% generates roughly 40% of revenue. Improving their production by 10% translates into approximately four points of company revenue growth, without adding headcount.
Every value creation lever runs through this group. A cross-sell play sits in the LMS unless a rep identifies the white space and acts on it. A retention program works only if someone notices the account that has quietly stopped reordering. These things happen consistently only when managers direct each rep to the right action each week and hold them to it.
Doing that consistently, across every rep, every week, has historically been beyond the capacity of most sales organizations. AI changes that.
How it works
Each week, the platform looks across CRM, ERP, and operating data for each rep on a manager's team. It identifies which commercial situations deserve attention, ranks them by priority, and recommends a specific commitment for the manager to set. The manager applies their judgment, selects or adjusts the commitment, and uses the 1:1 to prepare the rep to act.
For example, NudgeIQ might identify a customer whose purchases have declined 20% and recommend that the account manager determine the cause and agree on a recovery step. The manager reviews the recommendation, prepares the rep, and checks the evidence of what happened at week's end.
At the end of the week, the platform records the close-out. A logged call is not completion. The evidence should show what the rep learned and what next step was agreed. Those distinctions matter because in a conventional pipeline review, five different failures look identical. Separating them tells the manager what to coach.
Each commitment becomes a structured observation: the situation, the recommended action, the manager's decision, what the rep did, the evidence, and the result. Those observations compound, refining the platform's recommendations and giving the organization a durable record of how its management system is actually running.
